I can’t tell you how much I love this Cloud Sweater! But I do have to tell you that I wasn’t expected that making a sweater with a 15mm crochet hook will work. ColorFall Sweater. Crochet Pattern
I finished the ColorFall Sweater a while ago, and I am so happy that I can finally share the pattern with you. I started to work on this sweater during the summer when I had an idea to release a collection of patterns in the fall with the main concept: Sustainable makes; Use whatever yarn you have.
