Hobbii yarn challenged me to design some men wear and I made this Ocean Sweater which is a classic crochet garment.
This Ocean Sweater is so amazingly beautiful and even men who said they will never wear crochet will love it. It’s so light and can be worn all year long. Wear it with some shorts and is the perfect outfit for colder summer nights, or with a pair of jeans and you are ready for the office or a walk.
I would say that this sweater is a classic and every man should have one.
About Design
This Ocean Sweater is a top-down sweater made with the raglan technique. We will work the top part, then separate the sleeves from the body and then work the 3 parts individually.
This sweater has a standard fit with a positive ease of 4 cm around chest circumference. It can be easy adjusted just by working more or fewer rounds for the yoke and you will have a larger or tighter sweater.
The Ocean Sweater is worked just in double crochet, so any beginner can try to make it.
