Ease Poncho Sweater Crochet Pattern – Top-Down Seamless Poncho, Sizes XS–5XL
€ 9,00
Description
Meet the Ease Poncho Sweater—a relaxed crochet garment that combines the beautiful drape of a poncho with the comfort and practicality of shaped sleeves.
With its oversized silhouette, cosy collar, cable shoulder lines and textured cable borders, Ease is designed as a comfortable sweater-style poncho that can be worn on its own rather than as an outer layer.
Part of the Slow Season Collection, this seamless top-down design uses a simple combination of double crochet, single crochet and front-post cable stitches to create a timeless, beautifully textured garment.
ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Ease Poncho Sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down.
The pattern begins with the collar, followed by the shoulder-width shaping. The front and back are increased while the two cable shoulder lines remain established. Further increases create the width and drape of the main body.
The Front and Back Panels are then worked separately to create the armhole openings. The Back Panel is worked slightly longer than the Front Panel to help the garment sit comfortably when worn.
After joining the panels, the remaining body length is worked in turned rounds. The sleeves are crocheted directly into the armholes and shaped with short rows, so no sewing is required.
The collar, body and sleeve lengths can be adjusted.
