This pattern is for age 18-24 months, but I am working on a pattern for smaller sizes and I will update this post as soon as possible.

The final dimensions of this sweater are:

  • Chest – 56 cm
  • Length – 32 cm
  • Sleeve length from armhole – 15 cm

For this size I used approximate 200 grams of Scheepjes Merino Soft Yarn. You can use another type of yarn, but if you want to fallow this pattern use a light worsted yarn. You will also need at least 2 different colors of another yarn for the Teddy bear. For the Teddy I used fingering cotton in brown, black and gray.

For the sweater I used a 4 mm crochet hook and for the teddy a 2 mm.

Abbreviations

  • Ch – Chain
  • St(s) – Stitch (es)
  • Dc – double crochet

After we finished all the parts is time to sew them together and then to sew the Teddy Bear to the sweater. That’ s it: a cute sweater in wich your little ones will look so great.

Hi Katerina, this is a nice sweater. I may not have same crochet tension as you and wonder if you have mentioned a gauge somewhere that I can’t find? I find it critical to have gauge for garments and hope that I am just not seeing it. Please point it out to me; thanks so much and thanks for the free pattern.

Thanks so much for reminder. I always make the gauge but this time I forgot to mention it.
      Is 16 st and 10 rows/ 10 cm or 4″ in Dc
